We are a dynamic community of Latinx professionals, creators, and innovators shifting the culture and leading the next generation of the sports industry.

Latinx in Sports is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to advancing Latinx representation, influence, and career opportunities in the sports industry through mentorship, networking, and community building. Founded in 2020 amid COVID-19 as a passion project, Latinx in Sports has grown into a community of over 1,500+ sports business professionals and aspiring leaders in the industry looking to bond over what connects us: our Latino identities.

Together, we are a vibrant, youthful network bringing fresh perspectives and actively shaping the future of the sports industry.
